Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including data center builds, structured cabling, network and wireless deployments, and AV/physical security installations such as CCTV, access points, and time clock systems.
The role involves coordinating technicians, scheduling project activities, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between Project Managers, technical teams, and customers to ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery Support

• Assist Project Managers with project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate project activities from kickoff through completion and handover.
• Track multiple projects and maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.

Site Surveys & Progress Monitoring

• Coordinate site surveys, access arrangements, and site readiness checks.
• Collect survey findings,



technical requirements, and site information to support project planning.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or issues, and escalate risks and scope changes to the Project Manager.

Resource & Team Coordination

• Coordinate technician assignments, schedules, and resource availability across multiple projects.
• Communicate work instructions, site requirements, and timelines to field technicians and installation teams.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding equipment, materials, logistics, and delivery schedules.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication

• Coordinate communication between customers, Project Managers, technical teams, and field resources.
• Schedule meetings, share progress updates, and follow up on outstanding requirements and deliverables.
• Assist with customer queries, project handovers, and sign-off documentation.
