Growth Marketing Intern (Digital)

We’re building a modern brand for Indian ritual essentials, bringing authentic, traditional and hard-to-find pooja products to a new generation of consumers.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who understands social media, has a flair for content, thinks creatively, and is excited about building a brand from the ground up.
This role is for someone who can move beyond posting content to understanding audiences, experimenting with campaigns and driving brand growth.

Role Entails:• Social Media Management: Manage our social media pages, maintain consistency and build an engaging brand presence.
• Content Strategy: Develop content calendars, brainstorm creative ideas, write compelling copy and plan content around brand and business goals.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers to translate content briefs and campaign ideas into impactful creatives, reels and other digital assets.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify relevant creators, initiate collaborations,



coordinate deliverables and track campaign performance.
• Market Research: Research consumer behaviour, competitors, market trends and emerging content formats to identify growth opportunities.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, launch and monitor digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to product launches, brand positioning, audience acquisition and marketing initiatives.
• Growth & Analytics: Track content and campaign performance, derive insights and recommend ways to improve reach, engagement and conversions.

Who we’re looking for:• A solid interest in digital marketing, branding, content and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• A creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends and formats.
