As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the BFSI sector. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer issues effectively.
