Role Description This full-time, hybrid Health Insurance Advisor role in Basti offers the flexibility to work from home for some responsibilities. The advisor will support customers in understanding health insurance products, explaining benefits and coverage options, and guiding them in selecting plans that suit their needs and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting policy reviews, assisting with proposal forms and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing. The role also involves educating customers on wellness and chronic care features, promoting preventive health advantages, and maintaining accurate records in line with company processes and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the advisor will help drive sales targets ethically, ensure high-quality customer service,



and contribute feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain health insurance concepts clearly and empathetically.
• Sales and advisory skills, with experience or interest in health insurance, financial services, or related domains.
• Basic digital literacy and comfort working with CRM tools, online portals, and digitized processes for policy issuance and servicing.
• Good organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
• Preferred: Prior experience in insurance, healthcare, or wellness advisory roles, and familiarity with the Indian health insurance market.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Basti, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
