What you'll own
See risk early. Track SEBI, AMFI, RBI, IFSCA and FIU-IND, along with industry and global regulatory reports. Spot changes about six months before they land. Assess whether SBNRI can absorb each change, what it costs our growth, and what we need to do now to be ready.

Say yes, safely. Assess new products, partnerships and markets for feasibility. Answer three questions: what is allowed, what approvals we need, and how to structure it so it works.

Keep the line explicit.Keep distribution and advice separate across our products,



marketing and customer conversations. Review campaigns quickly enough that growth never waits on you.

Run the machine. Own the compliance calendar, obligations register, KYC/AML framework, data protection, audits, regulator queries and grievances. Turn every recurring check into a system others can run.

Handle the paperwork that matters. Review agreements with AMCs, banks, partners and vendors. Work with external counsel when a question needs specialist depth. Report to the Board on compliance risk and remediation.
