Role Description The Warehouse Category Manager – Home Decor is a full-time, on-site role based in Devanahalli. This role oversees home decor product categories within the warehouse, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and effective product assortment to support store demand.



The position involves analyzing sales and inventory data, coordinating with procurement and suppliers, monitoring product performance, and implementing category-level strategies to improve turnover and margins. The manager collaborates with warehouse operations, sales teams, and other stakeholders to streamline processes, reduce losses, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Daily responsibilities also include negotiating with vendors, supporting promotional activities, and ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
