Reporting to the Head of Resilience & Business Continuity, the Operational Resilience Manager is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Alter Domus's global resilience framework.



This role requires proven expertise in operating enterprise-wide resilience frameworks across multiple jurisdictions and time zones within complex financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) across global business services to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery priorities.

• Perform detailed application analysis to assess criticality, interdependencies, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).

• Document and assess risks identified through BIAs, testing cycles, and exercises, and translate findings into actionable risk registers.

• Define and recommend recovery strategies for critical business services, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs).

• Analyze test outcomes and exercise results to identify gaps and drive structured improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and report on resilience metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to demonstrate
