The role

You'll be one of our first sales hires. You'll own deals from first call to signed contract. You'll find delivery company owners, learn what's slowing their business down, show them how our product fixes it, and close. You'll work directly with our founders and help write the playbook that every later sales hire uses. You've closed deals yourself and want to run the full cycle with real ownership from day one.

What you'll do

- Build your own pipeline. Prospect delivery company owners by phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Run discovery and demos built around the owner's real problems, not a feature tour.
- Own deals through close: objections, pricing and the signed contract.
- Stay close to customers after the sale so they grow with us and refer other operators.
- Bring what you hear in the field back to our product team.
- Shape the messaging, process and tools as the sales team grows.

What we look for

- 2+ years closing deals, with a quota record you can walk us through.




- Experience selling to SMB owners in short, high-velocity sales cycles.
- You've sold to business owners. Delivery, logistics, trucking or field services experience is a big plus.
- You like the phone and stay steady with skeptical buyers.
- You write short, clear messages that sound human.
- You use AI tools in your daily work.
- You work well on your own in a remote team that measures results, not hours.
