Job Description

Core Duties & Responsibilities

- Track battery containers/racks, PCS, transformers, MV switchgear, HVAC, FSS, EMS/SCADA equipment, cables, auxiliaries and mandatory spares.
- Monitor inspection readiness, FAT/release interface, dispatch, transport, receipt, storage/preservation and replacement actions.
- Align delivery priorities and required-in office dates with installation and commissioning sequences.
- Coordinate supply facts with Store/Inventory, Planning, QA/QC, Commissioning and Contract resources.
- Identify delivery, damage, shortage, preservation, serial-number or spares risks and escalate mitigation actions.
- Provide consolidated delivery status and recovery tracking for package/PMO reporting.

Principal Client-Facing Outputs

- BESS procurement/delivery tracker.
- Critical equipment/spares risk and expediting report.
- Material readiness input aligned to commissioning schedule.
