Job Description

Core Duties & Responsibilities

- Plan PMC field-monitoring coverage based on active WTG fronts and contractor look-aheads.

- Monitor sequencing of roads/crane pads, ground improvement, foundations, WTG erection, electrical works and USS interfaces.

- Coordinate interface closure among civil, mechanical, electrical, quality, HSE, survey and commissioning resources.

- Monitor access/logistics readiness, crane-movement interfaces, resource constraints and daily productivity trends.

- Maintain construction constraint and WTG workfront release status.

- Escalate deviations or recovery requirements to the Wind Site Team Leader.

Principal Client-Facing Outputs

- WTG-wise construction readiness tracker.

- Workfront constraint and recovery status.

- Daily/weekly site coordination inputs.
