• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including contract
drafting, review, redlining, negotiation support, execution and contract
repository management.

• Exposure to commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs,
SOWs, SaaS agreements, vendor and service agreements & Lease
Agreements.

• Experience supporting legal compliance activities,
regulatory research, policy reviews and risk assessments.

• Positive understanding of contract risk identification and
legal issue spotting.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and
PowerPoint.

• Exposure working with CLM tools and document management
systems

Requirements
• LLB/LLM qualification.

• Bangalore Location

• Experience supporting in-house legal teams or legal
operations functions.
