The Bartender at Brix & Barrells will craft and serve beverages, including inhouse-brewed beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, recommending drink and food pairings, managing bar inventory, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. The role involves accurate cash handling, processing payments, and collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to support smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
• Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive, and memorable guest experiences.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction with guests and coordination with team members.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage,



including basic understanding of beers, cocktails, and menu offerings for informed recommendations.
• Reliable Cash Handling skills, including operating POS systems and managing payments with accuracy and integrity.
• Hands-on Bartending experience, including mixing drinks, maintaining bar standards, and following responsible serving practices.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Prior experience in bars, restaurants, or hospitality environments is preferred; formal training in bartending or hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and collaborate within a diverse team, with a professional and respectful attitude toward all guests and colleagues.
