We are seeking a talented individual to join our Applications Development team, part of our Marsh Risk Tech business at Marsh. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Java Full Stack Developer - Applications Development

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java technologies, frameworks, and libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and apply them to enhance our software solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
