About the RoleWe are looking for ambitious and responsible individuals for the position of HR Team Lead Intern who want to develop comprehensive expertise across the entire HR function.

You will learn to coordinate HR activities, support team members, improve processes, and understand how HR contributes to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Learn talent sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation techniques.
• Support recruitment planning, hiring trackers, and candidate pipeline management.

2. HR Operations & Administration
• Gain practical exposure to onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR recordkeeping.
• Assist in maintaining employee databases and HR trackers.
• Understand HR policies, HRMS tools, and employee lifecycle management.
