Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
Salary: ₹26,000 per month in-hand (after deductions)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Process Trainer for our Siliguri location. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of training processes, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Needs Identification (TNI), and throughput calculation. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training sessions, improving employee performance, monitoring training outcomes, and ensuring operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities• Conduct process training for current hires and existing employees.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Calculate and monitor throughput, tracking employee productivity and training effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training modules, presentations, assessments,



and process documentation.
• Conduct refresher training and coaching sessions to improve employee performance.
• Evaluate trainees through assessments, mock calls, role-plays, and practical exercises.
• Track training performance, batch progress, certification results, and nesting performance.
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps and implement corrective training.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance records, assessment reports, and daily productivity reports.
• Ensure trainees meet the required quality, productivity, and process-readiness standards before deployment.
