About Forever DesiForever Desi is a fashion jewellery brand celebrating Indian traditions with a modern touch. We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our Thane store and help deliver an excellent shopping experience while driving sales.
Job Responsibilities• Welcome customers and provide personalised jewellery recommendations based on their preferences, occasions and budgets.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, including jewellery designs, collections, pricing and finishes.
• Manage daily store operations, including billing, stock handling and product display.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean and organised.




• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with the store manager on daily performance.
• Support promotional activities, festive campaigns and current collection launches.
• Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.

Skills & Qualifications Required• Sales Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, ethnic wear or lifestyle retail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service: Ability to understand customer needs and deliver a welcoming, personalised experience.
• Sales & Negotiation: Strong upselling, cross-selling and convincing skills.
• Target-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and work towards incentive goals.
• Product Presentation: Good sense of styling, aesthetics and jewellery presentation.
