Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing & SEO Analyst to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our organic search strategies alongside supporting multi-channel digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, technical website health, web analytics, and data interpretation. You will translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve search visibility, maximize organic traffic, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• On-Page & Technical SEO: Perform comprehensive technical website audits (crawl errors, indexation, site speed, schema markup, and XML sitemaps) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-intent search terms, content gaps, and search trends.
• Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to optimize blogs, landing pages,



and website copy for target keywords while ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Off-Page SEO: Monitor and manage the website's backlink profile, executing clean, white-hat link-earning strategies to improve domain authority.
• Performance Data & Web Analytics
• Tracking & Setup: Own the configuration and management of tracking systems, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and automate visual performance dashboards using Google Looker Studio or similar BI tools to track weekly/monthly organic growth and marketing attribution metrics.
• Insight Generation: Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to deliver regular, actionable insights to leadership.
