You mentor the BD bench, shape how we position against competitors, and represent Bear Systems in front of senior client and government stakeholders.

Requirements
• 01Six or more years in business development or enterprise sales leadership
• 02Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
• 03Comfortable setting strategy, not just executing someone else’s

• +Experience selling into government or defence-adjacent buyers
