The company supports fintechs, NBFCs, insurance providers, vehicle marketplaces, logistics companies, and organizations building digital onboarding systems.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Inside Sales Assistant will support the sales team by responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and gathering client requirements such as verification needs and expected API volumes. The role involves preparing and sharing product information, pricing details, and basic API documentation with prospective customers, as well as maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating follow-ups, assisting with order processing, and providing timely customer service through email and phone.



The Inside Sales Assistant will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and a positive experience for prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications
• Solid Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience handling inbound leads and supporting deal closure.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for engaging with business clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Competence in Order Processing and basic sales administration, including maintaining CRM data and documentation.
• Comfort working with technology products or APIs; ability to understand and explain product features in clear business terms.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
• Prior experience in B2B sales support, fintech, SaaS, or IT services is preferred but not mand
