Educational Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in luxury hospitality, spa, or wellness operations preferred
- Knowledge of Ayurveda or holistic wellness is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest wellness programmes and schedules
- Manage guest documentation and wellness orientations
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments
- Monitor guest queries and ensure a seamless guest experience
