About the RoleJASIQ Labs is looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional who can generate quality leads and build a consistent sales pipeline for our IT and software development services.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience using platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, submit proposals, initiate client conversations, and close deals, especially with international clients.

Key Responsibilities• Generate qualified IT/software development leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, and other relevant channels.
• Manage and grow the company's Upwork profile/account.




• Identify relevant software development projects and submit high-quality proposals.
• Research potential clients, businesses, and decision-makers.
• Focus on acquiring overseas clients and converting opportunities into successful deals.
• Initiate conversations, build client relationships, and follow up with prospects consistently.
• Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, project estimates, demos, and client discussions.
• Maintain proper lead tracking, follow-up records, and sales pipelines.
• Work toward monthly lead-generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Explore recent strategies and channels to acquire international and Indian clients.
