We're Ibasho Homes, a new-age residential construction company building communities in tier-2 cities. We're looking for a cofounder, someone to:
• support day-to-day operations
• build and manage relationships with investors, banks, land partners
• help set the overall tone for the brand and the company
• back the company financially in initial operating costs
This is a hybrid role, and applicants from across India are welcome. Someone with a background in real estate or finance would be ideal, but the right mindset beats experience. We're also open to reconsidering the role for the right candidate.
