Tech Stack
• ERP Systems: Deltek Costpoint, Deltek ERP, or comparable ERP platforms
• Programming Languages: SQL, Java, XML, JSON
• Integration Technologies: REST APIs, Web Services
• Middleware/iPaaS: Workato, Apache Airflow
• AI-Assisted Development: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI-powered tools
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, UAT
• Additional Technologies: Data Modeling, Data Transformation, Integration Automation

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5 years of hands-on experience in ERP extensions and integrations.
• Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience designing and implementing ERP integrations, customizations, and technical extensions.




• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and technical specification writing skills.
• Experience in solution architecture, technical design, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into explicit technical specifications for developers.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical projects independently and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, and UAT processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and drive continuous process improvement.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint or other comparable ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of middleware and iPaaS tools such as Workato and
