Altus Global Consulting is hiring HR professionals on behalf of one of its clients, an established engineering and manufacturing organisation.
We are looking for HR Executives – HR Operations & HRMS for the client's manufacturing locations in Pune and Halol. These positions will support day-to-day HR operations while playing an significant role in the organisation's HRMS implementation, HR process improvement and standardisation initiatives.
This is a hands-on HR role suited to professionals who are comfortable working across HR operations, employee data management, attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment and statutory processes.

Key Responsibilities• Coordinate the implementation and ongoing administration of the organisation's HRMS.
• Maintain, validate and update employee master data and HR records.
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation covering joining, confirmation, transfers and separation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism and related employee information.




• Prepare, verify and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with HRMS, payroll and other HR service providers for operational requirements.
• Support PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with departmental stakeholders.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee personnel files and statutory documentation.
• Address routine employee queries relating to HR, attendance, leave and payroll.
• Prepare regular HR MIS covering headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment and employee movements.
• Support the implementation of common HR processes, policies and documentation across locations.
• Coordinate with management and the central HR advisory team on ongoing HR initiatives.
