Role Description The Client Relations Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and qualified responses to inquiries and ongoing matters. This full-time,



on-site role in the Mohali district involves coordinating client meetings, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and supporting lawyers in preparing client communications and basic documentation. The associate will monitor case progress, follow up on pending information, and help manage client expectations by clearly communicating timelines and next steps. The role also includes gathering feedback, assisting with client onboarding, and contributing to initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
