We’re Hiring | Reservation Executive.

At Echor Hotels & Resorts, we’re looking for a proactive and business-oriented B2B Reservation Executive who understands the importance of strong partnerships, timely follow-ups, and converting business opportunities into confirmed bookings.
If you have experience in hotel reservations, B2B sales, or working with travel agents and tour operators, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us.

What will you be responsible for?
• Handling B2B booking inquiries and reservations from travel agents, tour operators, and other business partners.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with travel agents and B2B clients.
• Sharing hotel tariffs, availability, packages, and property details with partners.
• Following up on inquiries and quotations to convert potential business into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinating with the central reservations, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth booking experiences.
• Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, reservations, partner details, and follow-ups.




• Identifying opportunities to generate repeat business and improve booking conversions.
• Resolving booking-related queries and ensuring timely communication with business partners.
• Working towards reservation targets and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

Who are we looking for?
• Previous experience in hotel reservations, B2B sales, travel trade, or the hospitality industry will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to client follow-ups and business development.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• A target-oriented mindset with an interest in building long-term business relationships.

What we offer:
• Salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
