About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in API and UI testing to support the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality engineering, automation, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Skills
• Core Java, Maven, Git, JIRA, Jenkins
• Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, Gherkin
• REST API Testing (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
• API & UI Automation Testing
• RAML, Message Schemas, Request-Response Mechanisms
• Quality Center (ALM)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Perform API and UI testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and performance.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks, scripts, and test documentation.
• Identify,



log, track, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing processes, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Postman, REST Client, and Anypoint Platform.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in STUBs and Service Virtualization.
• Knowledge of the Retail Banking domain is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing and automation.
