Role Description The Cyber Security GRC Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include assessing security risks, overseeing vulnerability management processes, and coordinating audits and compliance reviews across systems and networks. The role involves collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to define security policies, monitor control effectiveness, and drive remediation plans. The manager will also prepare reports for leadership, support security awareness initiatives, and continuously improve GRC processes to strengthen the organization’s overall security posture.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with experience in governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Candidates should possess skills in Network Security, with the ability to oversee security controls, monitoring,



and incident response for network infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess skills in Application Security, including reviewing application architectures, identifying security gaps, and guiding secure development practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Vulnerability Assessment, including conducting assessments, prioritizing risks, and coordinating remediation activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in GRC roles, familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC, GDPR), and strong analytical and communication skills.
