Role Description The CS Executive Articleship role is a full time, on-site position based in Kochi, providing hands-on exposure to corporate secretarial and compliance work within a professional chartered accountancy environment. The CS Executive will assist in preparing and filing ROC forms,



maintaining statutory registers and records, and supporting board, committee, and general meeting documentation. Daily responsibilities include drafting notices, minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents, coordinating with clients for required information, and helping ensure adherence to Companies Act, SEBI, and other applicable regulations. The role also involves supporting due diligence assignments, assisting with corporate governance reviews, and collaborating with audit and tax teams on matters requiring secretarial input. The position offers structured learning, mentoring, and practical experience aligned with professional CS training requirements.
