Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across lending products such as SME loans, LAP, construction finance, and loan against securities. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective clients, conducting financial needs assessments, explaining product features,



and supporting clients through the loan application and approval process. The Relationship Manager maintains regular contact with clients, addresses queries, coordinates with credit and operations teams, and ensures timely documentation and disbursals. The role also involves monitoring client performance, managing renewals and cross-sell opportunities, and adhering to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

• Robust relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Knowledge of lending products, particularly SME finance, loan against property, construction finance, and loan against securities.
• Ability to assess financial information, understand credit risk, and work closely with credit and operations teams.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain product features and close deals.
