Job Summary

Beyoung Folks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile, customer-focused, and result-oriented Store Manager to manage its men’s clothing retail store in Ratlam. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, leading the sales team, maintaining inventory, and delivering an excellent shopping experience to customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong retail management skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining store standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Performance
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor store sales, conversion rates, average transaction value, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and effective customer engagement.




Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve store performance.
Ensure the team consistently delivers a strong customer experience.
2. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
Manage daily store opening and closing procedures.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
Maintain attractive product displays, merchandise placement, and visual merchandising.
Ensure proper product pricing, tagging, folding, size availability, and display standards.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
3. Team Management & Leadership
Supervise, guide, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and store targets.
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, shift schedules, and task allocation.
Conduct regular team briefings, product training, and sales coaching.
Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
