About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, budget adherence, quality control, and compliance with applicable construction standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, vendor management capabilities,



and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities• Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, execution strategies, construction schedules, and milestone-based delivery timelines.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenditure, manage construction budgets, evaluate cost variations, and implement measures to prevent cost overruns.
• Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
