Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and delivering advanced physiotherapy care. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, administering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and using appropriate modalities. The role involves monitoring patient progress, updating clinical records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes. The Senior Physiotherapist will guide junior staff,



contribute to clinical protocols, educate patients and caregivers on home programs, and support quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with valid registration/licensure as applicable.
• Several years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports rehabilitation.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use of rehabilitation equipment.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and train junior physiotherapists and support staff.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction, education, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and using basic computer and clinic management systems.
