Role Description The Student Relations Manager is a full-time,



in office role based at the Kochi center. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end student experience, from inquiry and admissions support to ongoing engagement and post-course follow-up. The Student Relations Manager will respond to inquiries, conduct counseling sessions, guide students in selecting suitable courses and exams, and coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and scheduling. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, handling feedback and grievance resolution, organizing orientation and student outreach activities, and supporting placement and career guidance initiatives. The Student Relations Manager will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve student communication, promote programs, and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality.
