Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant with solid expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex, high-volume marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling solution design, technical implementation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication across large-scale Marketing Cloud environments.

Key Skills Required :

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Expertise in Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and SQL.
• Experience with data extensions, audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
• Proven experience in complex, large-scale,



high-volume Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Ability to independently handle solution design, technical implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work during US CST business hours (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of APIs, triggered sends, transactional messaging, and advanced personalization techniques.
• Experience handling enterprise-level marketing automation projects with complex data flows and high-volume campaigns.
