222 Lab.in is a design-led creative lab building brands, visual identities, and digital experiences from the ground up.

We’re looking for a creative partner-in-crime who wants to work directly with the founder, help build 222 Lab.in, and turn ideas into real projects. This role is split equally between visual design and the Founder’s Office.
What you’ll do
• Brand identity: logos, typography, layouts, packaging, and cohesive visual systems
• Social & personal brand: reels, hooks, concepts, scripts, and creatives for 222 Lab and the founder
• Creative execution: websites, presentations, campaigns, motion, and video
• Creative direction: develop concepts, build moodboards, find references, and shape visual direction
• Founder’s Office: research, strategy, content planning, outreach, coordination, and execution
• AI experimentation: use tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Firefly to improve creative workflows

What you bring
• A genuinely good eye for design, typography, composition, and detail
• Solid command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• A solid understanding of branding and visual design fundamentals
• Creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to learn fast
• Ownership, organization, and comfort working directly with a founder
• A portfolio showcasing branding, identity, typography, or social/print design work

Figma is a bonus, but this is a visual design role, not a UI/UX internship.

What you get
Work directly with the founder, take ownership of real projects, and see your work go live. Learn how to build a creative business from the ground up, with a PeakPals certificate and Letter of Recommendation on successful completion. Strong performers may continue beyond the internship.
