About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Technical Support Specialist based in India to join our global support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them troubleshoot technical issues, navigate our platform, and achieve their data goals. You will act as the crucial bridge between our users and our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and support ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve technical issues related to the DataChi platform,
data pipelines, and API integrations.
• Escalation Management: Identify complex, high-priority bugs and escalate them to the Tier 2/Engineering teams with transparent, detailed reproduction steps.
• Documentation: Create and update internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and public-facing user documentation to promote self-service.
• Product Advocacy: Gather customer feedback, identify recurring pain points, and share insights with the Product team to help shape the product roadmap.
• Onboarding & Guidance: Assist new users with account setup, technical configuration, and platform best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a B2B Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Application Support role, preferably at a SaaS or tech company.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with databases (SQL), API troubleshooting (REST/JSON), and basic web technologies.
