About the role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll speak with customers over video calls, understand their health concerns, and guide them to the right RxMen treatment plan. It’s a conversation-led role where listening, empathy, and transparent communication drive conversions.
Key responsibilities
• Conduct video consultations with customers and users who have shown interest in RxMen.
• Understand each customer’s problem and concerns in detail.
• Pitch the most suitable RxMen treatment plan and convert the lead into a sale.




• Handle objections with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Follow up with prospects and keep records updated.
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably inside sales, telesales, or healthcare/wellness.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with video calls and consultative selling.
• Target-driven, empathetic, and a good listener.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with a rotational week off.
