Role Description The Executive Office Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating correspondence. The Executive Office Assistant will organize and maintain files, support documentation and record-keeping, and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments. The role includes operating office equipment, preparing basic reports,



and supporting management with administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. The Executive Office Assistant will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and task completion.
Qualifications
