Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor Intern at HS Media Labs. The intern will assist in editing video content for various digital platforms, including cutting footage, assembling sequences, and synchronizing audio and visuals. Day-to-day tasks include supporting color correction and basic color grading, incorporating motion graphics and text overlays, and preparing final exports in required formats. The intern will collaborate with senior editors and creative teams, follow brand guidelines, organize media assets,



and participate in feedback and review sessions to refine content.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic color correction.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics design relevant to video content.
• Familiarity with common editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
• Robust attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, reliability in a remote setting, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Coursework or prior projects in film, media, design, or related fields are a plus, but candidates from diverse educational backgrounds are welcome.
