KEY Responsibilities
• Make cold calls to prospective students and explain relevant higher education opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on leads through outbound calls, messages and other communication channels.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, eligibility and education requirements.
• Counsel students on suitable undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered through our university network.
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, scholarships and available financing options.
• Follow up with interested prospects, address their queries and help move eligible candidates through the admission process.




• Coordinate with the internal team to support applications, documentation and successful enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, student interactions and follow-up status.
• Work towards individual and team lead-conversion and admission targets.
