Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Namakkal. The Teaching Assistant will support lead teachers in daily classroom activities, including helping manage lessons, reinforcing instructional content, and assisting with individual and small-group work. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, supporting students with assignments, monitoring classroom behavior, and providing additional academic support, especially in core subjects such as mathematics. The role involves working closely with children,



maintaining a protected and respectful learning environment, and collaborating with teachers and staff to improve the overall educational experience. The Teaching Assistant will also participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as needed.
