About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Operations Associate to manage and streamline our hiring operations at GoML.
You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth candidate experience, managing interview coordination, offer processing, preboarding, candidate engagement, and onboarding readiness.
You will also act as a bridge between the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams, ensuring seamless coordination and a positive transition from candidate to employee.
What You'll Do
First 30 Days – Learn & Support
• Understand GoML's hiring process, talent operations workflows, and internal stakeholders.
• Get familiar with Keka ATS, HRMS, interview tools, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate interviews, panel availability, candidate communication, and scheduling.
• Ensure interview feedback is collected on time and updated in the ATS.
• Support offer letter processing, approvals, and candidate documentation.
• Initiate preboarding activities and track document submissions.
• Connect regularly with offered candidates to keep them engaged until joining.
• Understand the onboarding handover process between Talent Acquisition and HRBP.
First 60 Days – Own & Execute
• Independently manage end-to-end interview scheduling and recruitment coordination.
• Own offer processing, approval follow-ups, offer acceptance tracking, and joining confirmations.
• Manage the complete preboarding process, including documentation, background verification coordination, and joining formalities.
• Drive preboarding candidate engagement through regular check-ins, welcome communications, joining updates, and query resolution.
• Track candidates serving notice periods, identify potential dropouts, and proactively flag joining risks.
• Coordinate with HRBP, IT, and hiring managers to ensure everything is ready before Day 1.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, recruitment trackers, offer records, and upcoming-joiner dashboards.
