About the Role:
The technical instructor will be responsible for classroom and virtual delivery of Kong technical training. You will be working at a hectic and rapid-paced startup as a member of the education team. This team is responsible for creating and delivering both online and instructor-led training to Kong customers and partners.

Above all, you’ll be acting as a stellar teammate for the rest of Kong.

What You’ll Do:
• Working with a diverse team of people from all over the world

• Deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led training offerings to diverse audiences including engineers, solutions architects, managers and operations personnel

• Managing training sessions, addressing any issues that arise and keeping learners on track





• Developing and optimizing curricula and associated training materials to support our internal and external training needs

• Analyzing customer training requirements

• Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
