This role will be based onsite in Bangalore and will focus on designing and executing comprehensive validation strategies for modern software platforms, cloud infrastructures, and AI-enabled solutions.You will be responsible for maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability, building scalable automation frameworks, developing cloud-native test infrastructure, and ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, security, and performance.What You'll DoDevelop and execute V&V; strategies for complex software products.Create and maintain scalable automation frameworks.Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and defect resolution.Validate cloud-based and AI-enabled solutions.Partner with development, architecture, DevOps,



and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.Requirements: What You'll Bring7+ years of experience as a validation, quality, or compliance engineerStrong experience with Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, UFT/QTP, TestComplete, Cucumber, or similar tools.Programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or C#.Expertise building and maintaining API and UI automation frameworks.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, software security, and testing best practices.Experience across functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and system testing.Linux/Windows scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and networking fundamentals.Experience validating cloud, virtualized, and enterprise platforms.Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI engineering tools.Knowledge of AI/ML validation, RAG testing, hallucination detection, prompt injection testing, and OWASP LLM security.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
