Role & responsibilities

Renowned Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join its sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales or telesales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, engage potential customers, and schedule site visits for residential or commercial property projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
- Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the field sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversion rates.
- Update customer information, call records, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a qualified and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers with relevant communication skills may be considered.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to handle customer objections and conduct effective sales follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Office Timing : 10:30 AM - 06:30 PM
