Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Head to lead AJU's marketing and outreach operations across Bihar. The candidate will work closely with the Director – Admissions to execute marketing strategies, build a strong statewide team, and achieve the annual target of 1,000 student enrolments from Bihar, scaling up from the historical base of approximately 500 enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute marketing and admissions strategies in coordination with the Director – Admissions.
- Achieve the annual target of 1,000 student enrolments from Bihar.
- Develop and manage a district-wise marketing and outreach team across Bihar.
- Conduct school visits, career counselling sessions, seminars, education fairs, and student engagement activities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, admissions conversion, and territory-wise growth.




- Plan and execute local branding, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor team performance, marketing budgets, and enrolment targets.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and provide market insights to management.
- Travel extensively across Bihar to develop recent markets and strengthen AJU's presence.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education marketing and admissions.
- Proven experience in team management, field marketing, institutional networking, and target achievement.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and execution skills.
- Knowledge of the Bihar education market and willingness to travel extensively.

Key Deliverable: Build a strong statewide marketing network and achieve 1,000 annual student enrolments from Bihar.
