Role Summary
CubNesto is looking for a proactive and organized coordinator to manage caregiver hiring, onboarding, deployment, daily coordination, escalations, attendance, and salary monitoring. The role connects caregivers, clients, operations, HR, and accounts to ensure reliable delivery service.

Key Responsibilities

- Hiring & Onboarding: Source and screen caregivers, schedule interviews, verify required documents, coordinate training, and maintain an updated candidate database.
- Coordination & Deployment: Manage caregiver availability, client assignments, shift schedules, attendance, leave, replacements, and timely reporting.
- Escalation Handling: Address caregiver and client complaints, coordinate urgent replacements, escalate safety or serious service issues, and track complaints through closure.
- Attendance & Duty Monitoring: Track duty hours, absences, overtime, leave, late reporting, and approved shift extensions; flag discrepancies to management.
- Salary Monitoring: Prepare caregiver-wise salary records,



verify attendance and overtime, track pending payments and discrepancies, and coordinate timely processing with Accounts. Final payment approval remains with authorized management/accounts.
- Reporting & Records: Maintain recruitment, onboarding, deployment, attendance, salary, and escalation trackers; submit regular reports and protect confidential information.

Required Skills

- Graduate preferred; experience in HR, staffing, healthcare, homecare, or workforce coordination is an advantage.
- Strong communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and urgent staffing requirements responsibly.
