Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer HANA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and optimizing SAP applications using contemporary ABAP programming techniques and HANA-specific technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Develop and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) Views and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
- Implement code pushdown techniques to improve application performance on SAP HANA.
- Work on SAP S/4HANA custom developments, conversions, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain ALV reports, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, BAdIs, and User Exits.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues through debugging, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
- Optimize ABAP programs and database queries using tools such as ST05, SAT, and SQL Monitor.
- Develop and support OData services and integrations with SAP and non-SAP applications.




- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver business requirements.
- Follow SAP development standards, coding guidelines, documentation practices, and transport management procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming.
- Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
- Proficiency in CDS Views, AMDP, and SQLScript.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
- Experience with Reports, ALV, BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, and IDocs.
- Good understanding of SAP Data Dictionary (DDIC).
- Experience in performance optimization and ABAP debugging.
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
- Knowledge of OData services and SAP Fiori integration.
- Experience with SAP Gateway and API integration.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration, custom code remediation, and ATC checks.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
