NetM Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Aptitude Trainer with strong subject knowledge in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and analytical reasoning.
The ideal candidate should have relevant teaching or training experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly and help learners improve their analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and analytical reasoning.
- Prepare practice questions, assessments, and mock tests.
- Explain aptitude concepts using clear examples and problem-solving techniques.
- Assess learner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve learning outcomes.
- Prepare learning materials and maintain assessment records.
- Track progress and share performance updates with the relevant team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet assigned learning objectives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching or training experience.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare assessments and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Solid interpersonal, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
